CRITERIA / ELIGIBILITY: City, town, or district school superintendents, assistant superintendents, and building principals currently in administrative office and directly responsible for a school/group of schools at any level, are eligible for nomination by a member of MSLA. APPLICATION / NOMINATION PROCESS: The individual making the nomination must be a member of MSLA and supply the required information by mail or email. Nomination Form: Word PDF AWARD: plaque; Honoree will be recognized at the annual MSLA conference.
