Program Changes
The Conference Committee apologizes for any inconvenience caused by program changes. In all cases, cancellation or changes are beyond our control and are usually the result of illness or last minute scheduling problems. The Committee asks for your understanding should the situation arise. Name Badges
Please wear your name badge at all times to gain entry to all sessions, exhibit hall, and meals. Refunds
There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations within 5 days of the Conference. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted at any time during sessions. Conference attendees are asked to use the hotel’s designated smoking areas only. MSLA Exhibit Hall
In the exhibit hall, exhibitors are presenting the newest products and services tailored for school libraries. Please show your appreciation for the exhibitors who support MSLA. Certificate of Attendance
Due to the DESE changes in policy relative to PDPs, a certificate of attendance is in enclosed in this packet for your reference. Personal Items
MSLA is not responsible for any lost or stolen items at the Conference.
